I booked an videography appointment with urbanmeausre and they never showed up today. I called front desk and nobody answered. 30min after the supposed appointment time, I got a call from them saying they made a mistake and can't come until next week...They wasted me and my clients valuable time preparing and staging for this particular video shoot all morning. This is so unprofessional I have to give a negative review for no service...
